Awesome from start to finish. Excellent communications all the way through, despite being a small business. The initial process was getting the design that I wanted. I threw a few ideas their way & they got back to me with a few varients to decide from. From there it was just a matter of easy payment & the projected turn around of 5 weeks. The final product itself was way beyond my expectations & I couldn’t be more delighted. Already got thoughts on another design & I know I’ll get the same stellar service.

Just to say a huge thank you to you and the team for the really superb enamelled coins – they are absolutely what we envisaged and such high quality. This is the second time we have used the company and the service from design to completion has been exemplary.

I collect challenge coins so I have already got some by Challenge Coins UK and they are well made. I decided to get my first coin made up for a particular unit which has never been done before. I decided to use CCUK and they did not disappoint. So easy from start to finish, design proofs looked good, easy to make changes if needed and if I wanted to speak to anyone someone always answered the phone. I mainly dealt with Tom who was more than happy go through everything in detail and also show me photos of what different aspects of the coin would look like. Once the order went in the turnaround was quick and they were posted straight away, next working day delivery for me which was amazing. CCUK also included a couple of free presentation coin boxes for me which was a lovely touch. I would definately use them again, highly recommended. Thanks to CCUK.

I cannot recommend these guys high enough. After being told our unit was closing, we thought it would be nice to have a challenge coin to remember our time in it. I contacted Challenge Coins UK and the process was extremely easy. Upon speaking with Stephen and Tom on the phone their enthusiasm and professionalism was apparent. We got the design sorted and when I received the finished product, it far surpassed what I was expecting, having received challenge coins from other Police departments. Tom was my first port of call after seeing his work first hand. I have the artistic flair of a dead dodo, but Tom put me straight. From the first contact to the delivery Tom was there all the time. After a huge blunder by myself Tom went above and beyond to accomodate me in my second order of coins. Tight sechedule to get to Germany but again with Toms help they got here in a round about way. From one overjoyed Ex Forces member in Germany I can only reccomend.
