Sectors that we work with
Tom was given his first challenge coin whilst on exercise in Southern California by a US Navy Blue Angels display team technician. After swapping some patches for the coin, Tom felt his unit needed a coin to swap with the Americans. We’ve all had that embarrassing moment when an American pulls out a coin and you’ve got nothing to give back. That’s how this company started and now that situation never has to happen again!
An initial batch of coins were made and sold in under two weeks.
Having experienced the forces first hand; we speak your language, we understand how military units work and know what serving armed forces personnel like to see on their coins.
Challenge coins originated in the US military, but since we brought them to the UK, we’ve seen increasing orders from corporate clients looking for tangible tokens of appreciation for staff, contract completion, significant company anniversaries or milestones.
The coins themselves are fully customisable, and are ideal memorabilia for display without taking up lots of space like a trophy would.
Much like the military, the emergency services involve camaraderie, sacrifice, and vital public services.
We work as suppliers for lots of different police services across the UK as well as the NHS and fire services.
Challenge coins are a great way to recognise students, alumni and staff at schools, colleges and universities.
Coins can be customised to include, a new school year, graduation year, school colours and more.
Challenge coins originated in the US military as a piece to trade, or play drinking games.
We’ve seen an increasing number of sports teams, as well as sports teams within the emergency services and miliatary using challenge coins in place of trophies.
